Thank you Goddess, G-d, for holding me in the palm of Your hand, keeping me safe and out of harm’s way. Thank you for allowing my body to fall back into perfect Alignment; thank you for guiding me so gently toward Ease and Breath and Truth.

I breathe into my heart, and there is Nourishment. Micro-movements, tiny shifts, all over the landscape of this body, as I claim Clarity, as I step more and more into myself.

Thank You Goddess, G-d, for Encouraging me. Thank You for Blessing me and Keeping me. Thank You for shining Light where there is darkness. Thank You for creating Perfect Health in my body now. Thank You for Healing me completely now.

Thank You Goddess, G-d, for opening my heart to Your Divine Grace. Thank You for letting countless Miracles rain down upon me. Thank You for Your Infinite Support.

I am a vessel of Your Love. I am Loving. I am Loved. I am One with Love. Love is me. And Love flows through me Effortlessly and Fluidly, Rejuvenating all that it touches. Love is Healing me now. Restoring my Faith fully, cascading down my spine, a waterfall of Divinity.
